Scope of services to provide development management services on behalf of the co-owner (ISPT) for the design and construction of 1 William Street, a commercial office building located on the western edge of the Brisbane CBD.

1 William Street boasts 74,853sqm of Net Lettable Area (NLA) of PCA Premium A-Grade commercial office accommodation with premium services and 1,169sqm of retail space above 3 levels of basement parking for 318 vehicles. Fully leased for 15 years to the Queensland Government for a number of administrative Departments, including the Premier and Cabinet.
