Scope of services to provide development management services for the design and pre-commitment of 480 Queen Street, located in the Brisbane central business district's golden triangle.
480 Queen Street boasts 33 levels and 55,000sqm of PCA Premium Grade office accommodation with a target 6-Star Green Star and 5-Star NABERS Energy rating. It offers some of the largest floor plates in the Brisbane office market of 1,700sqm up to 2,800sqm.
A key design feature is the 1,400sqm elevated parkland on Level 4 accessible to all tenants and the public, with river views. Other features include 1,600sqm of retail amenity, 600 bike spaces, 45 showers and 3 levels of basement car parking for 271 vehicles.
