Scope of services to provide development management services for the design and pre-commitment of the Regent Tower development, a commercial office building located in mid-town of Brisbane’s CBD.

The Regent Tower is to provide 36,000sqm of Net Lettable Area (NLA) of PCA Premium A-Grade commercial office accommodation with premium services over 30 levels, featuring a 1 level basement, 9 levels of retail, podium car parking and 20 levels of commercial office space.
