Scope of services to provide development management services for the design and delivery of Santos Place, a commercial office building located in the heart of the North Quarter precinct in Brisbane’s central business district.  

Santos Place, with a GBA of 55,000sqm over 40 levels, features a 1 level basement, 5 levels of above ground podium car parking, strip offices, and 31 levels of commercial office space.

Santos Place is a PCA A-Grade standard with 5 Star NABERS Energy certification and is Australia’s largest 6-Star Green Star certified building, making it a world leader in environmentally sustainable design.
