Scope of services to provide tenancy co-ordination services for the fitout of commercial office fitouts as an integrated fitout solution concurrent with completing the base building, and as a normal fitout of passive assets.

Fitouts range in size from 500sqm to 19,500sqm and include complex fire engineering solutions of contiguous atriums and interconnecting stairs over multiple levels for major institutional, legal, accounting and private clients.
