Scope of services to provide development management and tenancy co-ordination services for the design and delivery of 155 Queen Street, a mixed-use flagship retail and commercial office building located in the heart of the retail precinct in Brisbane’s central business district.

 155 Queen Street has a GBA of 7,000sqm over 7 levels. The boutique office space features 20m wide column-free floors and well‑considered design elements such as an atrium, sculptured high ceilings and a landscaped green rooftop garden and “third space”. All of these features combine to provide a unique and desirable amenity rarely seen in other boutique commercial properties.
